The Honourable Charles Holland Locke is appointed to the Supreme Court of Canada as a puisne judge. Justice Locke's appointment filled the vacancy created by the death of Justice Albert Blellock Hudson, his mentor and articling supervisor in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
